Moto Morini is an Italian manufacturer of motorcycles. It was founded in 1937 by Alfonso Morini and has its headquarters in Bologna.
In its corporate history Moto Morini changed ownership a few times: in 1987 it was owned by Cagiva (another Italian motorcycle manufacturer), in 1996 it was bought by Texas Pacific Group (who also owned Ducati) and three years later, in 1999, it was bought by a company started by Morini's nephew (Morini Franco Motori spa).
