Douglas

Douglas was a British manufacturer of motorbikes, and for a brief period of cars too. It was founded in 1907 and had its headquarters in Kingswood, Bristol.
The company ran into financial difficulties and was bought out by Westinghouse Brake and Signal Company Ltd. Production of motorbikes ceased in 1957.
